Refund policy

  • Order will be shipped after the drying time, which is 2 weeks and 3 days. This depends upon when the painting is completed, for eg., if it's posted newly on my socials, it will take the said time to ship.
  • Paintings are shown exactly how they are, and I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork. Please be mindful that color calibrations often vary between devices. You are advised to view the painting on different devices (laptop, different phones, etc.).

  • All Original Paintings purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges, for example but not limited to, for change of mind or not as described purchases.

  • All Print purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please double check your details while filling out. If the product is lost or damaged in delivery, kindly email me info@manharleen.com and a replacement will be sent to you.

  • Deliveries will be sent as 'signature on delivery' almost always and it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package, and if missed, it's their responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions to fetch the package.
  • Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency or the shipping company notifies the recipient to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, taxes or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned. Provided that the product is in its original condition, the cost of your purchase will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances, will the documents be falsified.
  • Paintings are packaged as safely as possible. Still, there is always a risk of damage during transport and unfortunately, I cannot be held accountable for anything that happens during the shipping process. Still, if something does happen to the painting, please contact with the unboxing video, and I will see what can be done to remedy the situation, if possible.
  • Change of address is accepted only until 24 hours of the order purchased. I am not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.
