Shipping & Returns Policy

  • Order will be shipped after the drying time, which is 2 weeks and 3 days for newly listed painting. This depends upon when the painting is completed, for eg., if it's posted newly on my socials, it will take the said time to ship.
  • For all other listed paintings, standard shipping is 3 to 15days.
  • Duty Free: Shipping fee includes custom duty charges, you'll not be required to pay anything extra post purchase.
  • Paintings are shown exactly how they are, and I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork. Please be mindful that color calibrations often vary between devices. You are advised to view the painting on different devices (laptop, different phones, etc.).
  • All Original Paintings purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges, for example for, but not limited to change of mind or not as described purchases.

  • All Print purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please double check your details while filling out. If the product is lost or damaged in delivery, kindly email me info@manharleen.com and a replacement will be sent to you.

  • Deliveries for original paintings will be sent as 'signature on delivery' almost always and it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package, and if missed, it's their responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions to fetch the package.
  • Paintings are packaged as safely as possible. Still, there is always a risk of damage during transport and unfortunately, I cannot be held accountable for anything that happens during the shipping process. Still, if something does happen to the painting, please contact with the unboxing video, and I will see what can be done to remedy the situation, if possible.
  • Change of address is accepted only until 24 hours of the order purchased. I am not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.
  • Your data will be used by Meta Business Suite, Facebook & Instagram Ads Google Adsense, Google and Shopify, in their standard ways that they do to optimise user experience and asses customer data for business analysis. You can opt out of this by clicking the link in the footer menu and following the instructions.

 

Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

  • Rights to the artwork remain the sole property of the artist. This includes all purchases, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item does not grant the customer permission to reproduce the piece into an NFT, print or any other form and distribute in any way, by means for profit, non-profit and/or otherwise.
  • Collectors may not reproduce the artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist.
  • Posting images of the purchased artwork on social media is always welcomed and does not breach this clause.
  • All images displayed on the website remain the sole property of the artist, and cannot be used without expressed permission, for personal, commercial, profit, non-profit and/or otherwise purposes.
  • The artist, Manharleen, are entitled to a revenue of 30% on any further resale.
