FAQ

1. What type of canvas do you use?

Gallery wrapped heavy weight cotton duck canvas of archival quality is used in all paintings, unless specified otherwise with the likes of linen or wood panel. The canvas is well primed by the artist herself with supreme quality gesso. The canvases have a 1.5in (3.8cm) wood frame profile with kiln-dried beveled stretcher bars. The images of the canvas from sides and back are there in each product description.

2. What paints do you use?

I use best available quality of oil paints, i.e. of Artist Grade, of brands like Gamblin.

3. Are the paintings varnished?

Yes, all paintings are varnished, for archival quality finish and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

4. How much time will it take for Shipping?

Order will be shipped after the drying time, which is 2 weeks and 3 days. This depends upon when the painting is completed, for eg., if it's posted newly on my socials and website, it will take the said time to ship.

5. Can I return my order?

Paintings are shown exactly how they are, and I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork. Please be mindful that color calibrations often vary between devices. You are advised to view the painting on different devices (laptop, different phones, etc.).

Hence, all Original Paintings purchases are FINAL. I do NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason, including, change of mind or not as described purchases.
